INSPIRE Média — Amélie Saillet
Amélie runs INSPIRE, the wellness media of Nantes: 160 articles, about fifteen ambassadors, events every week. Everything they emailed her, she retyped three times: Substack, Instagram, her website. We replaced the retyping with a robot that writes in her voice, and one click to approve.

Ten to sixteen posts a month, each received by email in a different format, reformatted, illustrated, then reposted by hand. Amélie does not want one more tool: she wants it to arrive ready, in her tone, and keep the last word.
The real brake on an independent media is not writing, it is retyping. Every piece went through three tools by hand, and the load grew with success. Here automation does not take Amélie's place: it gives her back the only gesture that matters, approving. The rest, formatting, visual, draft, planning, arrives on its own, in her voice. It is the model for any activity that receives content from several people and redistributes it.
- Local media, newsletters, associations with contributors
- Agencies, franchise networks, communities relaying their members
- Any freelancer publishing on three channels by hand
How it works
Seven robots, one click for Amélie- 📝01An ambassador fills in the form
Event, workshop, venue, portrait or article. Photos included. Instant acknowledgement.
- 🤖02The kit builds itself
Checks, text in her voice, Instagram visual, Substack draft, row in the planning.
- 📬03"Your kit is ready"
One email, the kit in her board, the draft open in Substack.
- ✅04Amélie proofreads and approves
One click. Or Refused with a reason, the robot writes the polite email. Or Regenerate.
- One entry point for ambassadors, no training needed
- A ready to publish text in Amélie's tone, not an AI text
- The Instagram visual generated with the right badge
- A draft dropped in Substack, never published without her
- Clear alerts when something blocks, never twenty emails
- Everything on a server in her name, no hidden subscription
The entry
- One form, 22 display rules: each ambassador only sees the questions for her content type (event, workshop, venue, portrait, article)
- Automatic acknowledgement in the media's tone
- Every submission becomes a row in Amélie's board, with a status
The seven robots
- Pre check: missing fields, photos, duplicates, ambassador recognised in her base
- Kit: title, baseline, text in her voice (measured on her 218 articles, five real examples in the prompt), section, caption, 1080 × 1350 Instagram visual
- Draft dropped in Substack and a row created in her social planning
- Polite refusal with reason, monthly digest that can be regenerated, Instagram post scheduled from her planning
- Errors: three tries then one clear email "you can publish by hand, Emmanuel is informed"
Autonomy
- A server in her name, self hosted n8n, no dependency on WF4L
- A user guide written for her, one hour of training, secrets in her own vault
- Fidelity rules: the robot never invents an account, a price, a date, a figure
Estimate on the media's real volume (10 to 16 posts a month). Time per post is an average measured with Amélie.
