Who processes your data

The data controller is Emmanuel Martineau EI, represented by Emmanuel Martineau. For any request, write to contact@worksfreedom4life.com.

When you use the contact form

We collect what you type: name, email address and message, used solely to answer you and follow up on the conversation.

The legal basis is your own request, a pre contractual step. Data is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.

It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

When you book a call

Booking runs through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and chosen slot to create the calendar event.

Audience measurement

Two tools measure site usage and only run after you agree: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

Until you choose, neither is loaded. You can change your mind at any time, below or from the footer.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run without consent because they set no cookie and no identifier that could recognise you.

Outside the European Union

Google, Microsoft, Cal.com and Vercel are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

Write to contact@worksfreedom4life.com. You will get an answer within one month.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers and a content security policy restricting which scripts may run.
