I do not sell theory, I install what I use
Emmanuel Martineau. I spent years with the Paris fire brigade, then years selling directly, on the phone and in meetings. Today I install the systems that do that repetitive work for freelancers and small businesses.

What the fire station taught me
In the brigade, you do not debate a procedure during the call. You wrote it before, you rehearsed it, you apply it. What is not written does not exist, and what depends on one person's memory eventually fails.
That is exactly how I build a system for a client. Written first, tested on a real case, designed to keep running when the person who set it up is gone.
Sales, in the field
I sold high ticket directly, with long cycles, real objections and months without a signature.
Two lessons serve me every day. A prospect who goes silent almost never said no, they just have other things to do. And most lost deals are lost through poor follow up, not poor arguments. Both are organisation problems, which means a system solves them.
Why automation
Because I built it for myself first. Follow ups, reports, posts, meeting prep: everything I used to put off now runs without me.
The companies I work with are not start ups. A local media outlet, a therapist, a construction company, a food truck, a dental practice, a training organisation. None had an IT department. All kept their tools.
How I work
Remotely, across France, by video and in writing, with a written summary at each step.
Three rules I do not bend. The first piece must show within a week. The system stays yours, hosted in your name, and keeps running if we stop working together. And anything your clients see goes through human validation unless you decide otherwise.
The first conversation takes thirty minutes
We look at what eats your time and what can run without you. You leave with the three most useful automations for your case, whether we work together or not.
