Stellaé Experiences — Stéphanie Lem

Brochure site, blog and editing space

Stéphanie helps coaches and therapists build retreats and immersive stays. Six pages and eight articles, all written, sitting in a Google doc. Her domain returned an error, and her only live pages were rented from a tool she found overwhelming. She now has a site she owns, built from her own document, and a space where she publishes on her own.

Stellaé Experiences — Stéphanie Lem
The context

stephanielem.fr returned a 404. Her three live pages, a free guide, a €111 offer and a webinar, lived inside a rented tool. Her document announced eight articles, six were actually written, 1,500 to 2,000 words each, on the exact questions her clients type into Google: how to pick the venue, how many participants, how to price a retreat. None of it was indexable. The job was not writing, it was giving a roof to what already existed.

Why this one matters

Many solo professionals do not have a content problem, they have a roof problem. Stéphanie had written everything, and none of it existed: her domain returned an error and her only live pages belonged to a tool she rented. The work was to give a home to what was already there, and hand it back to her. Two choices explain the rest: the colour was measured inside her own visuals rather than proposed to taste, and her symbol was redrawn as geometry rather than blown up into blur. When a decision can be measured, it stops being an argument.

Same story for
  • Solo professionals whose content sleeps inside a document
  • Coaches and therapists renting pages in a tool without owning their site
  • Any business whose blog already answers what its clients type into Google

How it works

Her document became her site, her site became editable by her
  1. 📄01
    Her document

Six tabs and eight article titles, written, never published

  2. ⚙️02
    Import

A script turns the document into pages and articles

  3. 🎨03
    Her world

Colours sampled from her visuals, symbol redrawn as vector

  4. 🌐04
    Her site

Fourteen indexable addresses, her sales pages, zero cost

  5. ✍️05
    Her space

She writes, adds a photo, publishes

What she had What we built What is online What Stéphanie does
What was asked
  • A site in her name, not a page rented inside a tool
  • Her six tabs and her articles online, each at its own address
  • Changing a text or publishing an article without calling anyone
  • Keeping her current sales pages and her Instagram bio links alive
  • Zero running cost, zero maintenance
  • A visual world that is genuinely hers, not a template
What we delivered

The site

  • Six pages and six articles, each at its own address, indexed one by one
  • Content imported from her document by a script, not retyped
  • Contact form with acknowledgement, no server to run
  • Legal notice and privacy policy written
  • Titles, descriptions, share image, structured data, sitemap, robots
  • Security headers, long image cache, automatic certificate

Her colour, measured not guessed

  • Instagram returned a login wall, so hues were sampled pixel by pixel from her own published visuals and photos: dominant brown #704830, the cognacs of her armchair, the creams of her portraits
  • Five palettes shipped inside one site, with a compare bar and a direct link per palette: she decides by seeing, not by imagining
  • Her own question: is the blue of my boots close to yours? Measured: her boot leather sits at hue 186, the proposed blue at 192. Six degrees apart, and one more palette built from her boot
  • Contrast checked on every palette, text readable throughout
  • Her frangipani pattern, taken from her sales pages, white made transparent so it sits on any ground

Her symbol, redrawn rather than enlarged

  • The Metatron's cube in her logo was only 255 px in the original file, unusable at any size
  • Pure geometry, so measured then redrawn exactly: thirteen circles, one centre, six at two radii, six at four, and the seventy eight segments joining every centre
  • Vector, crisp at any size, from favicon to banner, two weights, five colours, transparent images up to 4096 px
  • Generator kept: the symbol rebuilds with one command

Her sales pages, out of the rented tool

  • Her three live pages found by probing, then rebuilt on her own site: her free guide, her €111 offer, her live case study
  • Her copy carried over word for word, not rewritten. A comparator then checks every line of the old page inside the new one: across 330 lines of content, all of it is found
  • The first pass had reworded her schedules and lost three sentences around her price. The check caught them
  • Email capture and instant delivery with no subscription, payment by hosted link, private access page after purchase
  • Terms of sale written: 14 day guarantee, withdrawal rights on digital content, seller identity
  • Her addresses stay identical, so her Instagram bio links and older posts keep working without a single redirect

Her space

  • Four sections: her articles, her projects, her sales pages, her pages
  • She writes an article, adds a photo, chooses to publish or to leave it as coming soon
  • She changes any text, any photo, her Instagram, email and WhatsApp links
  • Every version kept: a mistake is undone in one click
  • Access comes from write rights on her repository, not from a user list to maintain
What it changes, in costs
Before, hosting her pages
a rented tool, €27 to €97 a month depending on plan
After, running the site
€0, hosting and form included
Pages Google can index
from 0 to 14
Changing a text
she does it herself, no delay, no middleman
Ownership
domain, repository and hosting in her name, revocable by her

The exact plan paid to the rented tool is still to be confirmed with her, hence the range. The rest is observed.

The result
Fourteen indexable addresses, against a 404 at the start
Zero running cost, against a rented tool at €27 to €97 a month
She publishes on her own, without touching a line of code
Every account in her name: the day she leaves, she leaves with everything
Her current sales pages and Instagram bio links keep working
Her symbol finally usable everywhere, from business card to banner
