Omega3 Ratio, Emmanuel and the partners on his team
Emmanuel, an independent Zinzino partner, is launching @omega3ratio and coaches his own partners. He needed two posts a week for six months, compliant, without giving up his evenings.

On Instagram, consistency beats the one off hit, and it is the first thing to slip when you have a job on the side. An independent partner also follows a strict charter: no health claims, no income figures, the words « Independent Zinzino partner » everywhere.
Emmanuel wanted the heavy work done once, to keep control over what goes out, and to hand the same tool to the partners he helps get started.
All the heavy work is done once here: strategy, texts, visuals and checks. Emmanuel keeps the one action that matters, saying yes, and the robot takes care of the timing.
Compliance is not left to a late night review: the charter rules live in the check, and a post that fails stays on hold. That is also what makes the system transferable: a partner who starts takes over the same frame, with their own voice and account.
- Independent partners launching their Instagram account
- Coaches and therapists bound by communication rules
- Any independent who wants six months ahead without losing their evenings
How it works
Six months prepared once, one approval for Emmanuel- 📸01His photos and his strategy
149 sorted photos, five content families, the Zinzino charter written as rules.
- 🤖02Six months get written and drawn
54 posts, 346 images, a compliance check on every text.
- 🗂️03Everything lands in Notion
One row per post with its visuals, caption and date. Status « To review ».
- ✅04Emmanuel reads and approves
One status to change. Reels stay manual, with a morning reminder.
- 📲05The robot publishes on time
Tuesday 12:00, Friday 19:00, and the post link comes back to Notion.
- Six months of posts written ahead, in his voice, with a real thread
- Consistent visuals built from his own photos, no stock images
- The Zinzino charter checked on every text before it reaches review
- One place to read, fix and say yes
- Posts published on time, without opening Instagram
- Access that does not break at the first password change
- A system every partner on the team can take over in their own name
The content
- 54 posts, two a week, Tuesday 12:00 and Friday 19:00, six months ahead
- Five families: who he is, measuring, behind the scenes, questions, the partner project
- Hook of nine words at most, search keyword, alt text and hashtags on every post
- Partner side: the model described in full, without a single income figure
The visuals
- 346 images at 1080 × 1350 rendered in one command, one art direction
- 149 personal photos sorted from iCloud and Drive, 2015 to 2026, dates kept
- Drop a retouched photo: only the posts using it are rebuilt and sent back to Notion
Compliance
- Automatic check of every text: health claims, money, dashes, signature
- « Independent Zinzino partner » checked on every post
- Figures and results blocked until Zinzino gives written approval
The Notion board
- One row per post: visuals, caption, hashtags, alt text, date and time
- Clear statuses: to review, to shoot, compliance hold, approved, published, error
- Reels and posts with music kept manual, with a reminder that morning
The robot
- Self hosted n8n, a run every ten minutes, carousels up to ten images
- Published through Meta's official API, post link written back to Notion
- Permanent, scoped Meta access: one page, one account, nothing else
- Keys stored in 1Password, never in plain text
Safeguards
- Nothing goes out without the « Approved » status set by Emmanuel
- More than 24 hours late: the row turns to error, never an off schedule post
- No retry on the publish call itself: never a duplicate
- A Meta refusal is written into the row, with its reason
For the partners on the team
- The same system is copied over: one Notion, one Meta app, the same robots
- The Zinzino charter already built into the check, nothing to relearn
- Each partner keeps their own voice, photos and account
