Laurent guides people toward inner awakening: meditation, journeys, courses. He needed an online presence as deep as his work, and a space to gather his members.
Rich content (audio, immersive videos, courses, events) but scattered, with no home online. The challenge: a site that conveys the emotion of his approach, and a platform where his members live the experience.
A subscription hands you generic categories and a vocabulary that is not yours. Here the tabs carry Laurent's own words. His members' questions are sorted by the topics of his world, the body, energy, meaning and the path, not by a software taxonomy. The transfers he makes between his own accounts are recognised as such, because we read his statements. His checkout carries his brand. His user guide changes depending on who opens the page, him or his assistant. None of this is configured, it is built. His reaction: "the perfect tool I was missing, from here I can run everything".

His finances, read only
- His bank connected through the European PSD2 standard, read only, no transfer possible
- Twelve months of history pulled and sorted, income, spending, Stripe payouts never counted twice
- Transfers between his own accounts set aside: neither income nor spending
- Stripe read only: balance, next payouts, monthly fees, appointments still unpaid
- Expense notes on his phone: photo of the receipt, amount, category, filed
- Accounting export in one click, ready for his accountant or for Pennylane
- Several banks in the same page, and the move to Qonto already planned
His autonomy
- He edits his site copy while seeing it, without touching code or layout
- A finance only access for his assistant, with no access to the rest of WordPress
- Which payment opens which access: he sets it himself, the member space opens on its own
- Nothing to ask anyone to change a sentence or add an expense
Listening to his community
- A private page where members drop their questions, which only he receives
- Every question asked in a comment surfaces in one place, whatever the space
- Each message is sorted by topic, using the vocabulary of his own world
